The decision sparked backlash from MAHA supporters who say it limits Big Agriculture accountability and undercuts ongoing cancer litigation. |
🔫 SCOTUS strikes down Hawaii’s concealed carry law. The Court ruled that Hawaii cannot require gun owners with concealed carry permits to get permission before carrying on private property that's open to the public. Justice Alito wrote that the law broke with longstanding American legal tradition and violated the Second and Fourteenth Amendments. |
📩 A federal judge blocks Trump’s mail voting order. Massachusetts judge Indira Talwani halted key parts of President Trump’s executive order tightening mail-in voting rules, ruling that the Constitution gives election authority to states and Congress, not the president. The order would have created federal voter eligibility lists and restricted mail ballot delivery. |
