Hey friend,
Let me walk you through something.
You take 60 seconds to answer a few questions about where you’re at — your goals, your schedule, what’s been working, what hasn’t. Nothing complicated. Just honest answers.
From there, you schedule a quick call with my team. Not a high-pressure pitch — a real conversation where we learn about your situation, your history, and what you actually want to accomplish. If coaching makes sense, great. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
If you do move forward, here’s what the first week looks like.
Within 48 hours, you’re matched with your coach. They reach out personally, introduce themselves, and send you a questionnaire that goes way beyond “how many days a week do you work out?”
We’re talking: What does your Tuesday actually look like? What foods do you refuse to give up? Do you travel for work? Do you have old injuries that flare up when you squat? What have you tried before, and what happened?
Your coach takes all of it and builds your plan from scratch. Not a template. Not a PDF you could’ve Googled. A custom meal plan and training program designed around your life — delivered within a few days.
Then Monday hits.
You open the plan, and something feels different. You’re not guessing how many calories to eat. You’re not Googling “is this enough protein?” at 10 PM. You’re not staring at a workout wondering whether it’s actually doing anything or just making you sore.
Someone already answered those questions for you.
By the end of week one, you check in with your coach. You tell them what felt right, what felt off, what meals you liked, what meals you’d rather never see again. They adjust. Not next month — that week.
And that’s when it hits you:
This is what was missing. Not more willpower. Not another article. Someone who’s actually paying attention to the details while you focus on showing up.
That’s the moment Natalie remembers.
She’s 43. Spent her whole life trying to piece it all together on her own — which workout, which diet, how much of what. Three months of coaching later, she’d dropped about 18 pounds.
But here’s what she actually said about it: “I learned how to eat and workout properly, understanding how to lift and what to eat after going my whole life trying to figure it out.”
